You Need:
Raeesa’s Banana Loaf Premix
2 eggs
60ml warm water
4 mashed bananas
125ml oil
Method:
1. Whisk oil & eggs together
2. Add mashed bananas and mix well
3. Add premix, warm water and mix until smooth
4. Spoon mixture into a medium sized loaf tin (greased and floured)
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour / until done
Serving Suggestions:
Add 100g chopped walnuts & 100g pitted and chopped dates to the premix batter to create a tasty banana, date and walnut loaf
