You Need:
Raeesa’s Fruit Cake Premix
1 egg
180ml boiling water
60ml oil
250g fruit cake mix
80m1 buttermilk
Method:
1. Soak fruit cake mix in boiling water and set aside
2. Whisk together egg & oil
3. Add premix and mix
4. Add fruit/water mixture & buttermilk then mix well
5. Spoon mixture into 22cm loaf tin (greased and floured)
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour / until done
7. Test with skewer and allow to cool
