You Need:
Raeesa’s Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Premix
1 egg
100g soft butter
Method:
1. Beat together egg & butter
2. Add premix and blend together with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough
3. Roll onto floured surface 1/2 cm thick and cut out cookies OR take 1-2 tsp of dough and shape into balls
4. Place on a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Makes Approx 12-15 cookies
