You Need:
Raeesa’s Ginger & Oat Cookie Premix
1 egg 125g soft butter
2 tbsp golden syrup
Method:
1. Beat together egg, golden syrup & butter
2. Add premix and blend together with a woode spoon to form a soft dough
3.Roll onto floured surface 1/2 cm thick and cut out cookies OR take 1-2 tsp of dough and shape into balls 4. Place on a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
Makes Approx 12-15 cookies
