You Need:
Raeesa’s Coco-Roon Cookie Premix
1 egg
70ml oil
1/4 cup fine coconut
Method:
1. Beat together egg & oil
2. Add premix and blend together with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough
3. Take 1-2 tsp of dough, shape into balls & roll in fine coconut
4. Place on a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Makes Approx 12-15 cookies
