You Need:
Raeesa’s Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Premix
2 eggs
250ml buttermilk
60ml oil
Zest of 1 lemon
Method:
1. Whisk oil, eggs 8e buttermilk well
2. Add premix and lemon zest
3. Mix well with a wooden spoon
4. Spoon mixture into 12 greased paper muffin cups 5. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes / until done
