You Need:
Raeesa’s Bran Muffin Premix
1 egg 250ml buttermilk
80ml oil
Method: 1. Whisk oil, egg & buttermilk well 2. Add premix 3. Mix well with a wooden spoon (Add more buttermilk if the mixture is too stiff) 4. Spoon into 12 greased paper muffin cups 5. Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes / until done
