You Need:
Raeesa’s Orange Loaf Premix
2 eggs
150ml oil
250ml buttermilk
Finely grated rind of 1 orange
Method:
1. Whisk oil, buttermilk, orange rind & eggs well
2. Add premix 8e mix until smooth
3. Spoon mixture into medium loaf tin (greased and floured)
4. Bake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes / until done
Frosting:
1 cup sifted icing sugar
3 tbsp orange juice
Mix together and spoon over cooled loaf. Sprinkle some grated orange rind over top for that finishing touch
