You Need:
Raeesa’s Madeira Loaf Premix
2 eggs
150ml oil
250ml buttermilk
Method:
1. Whisk oil, buttermilk & eggs well
2. Add premix 8e mix until smooth
3. Spoon mixture into medium loaf tin (greased and floured)
4. Bake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes / until done
Serving Suggestions: Once the cake is cold, dust with sifted icing sugar
Variation: Add some whole cherries that has been tossed in cake flour. This prevents it from sinking to the bottom
